I'm so excited that you are inquiring about our rentals! Wedding and event signage as well as day of details sets the tone for your venue and adds an elevated personal touch for your guest. On your special day or event, I would love to create all the pretty little details for your beautiful signs and décor.  Choose your favorite from the selection in our Full Rental Inventory to view all of our rentals.  I offer full service rental packages as well as a la carte rentals.  Please note that we have a minimum investment of $800.

Once we receive your inquiry we will contact you to get to know you, talk about your vision, details and provide a quote.

SAVE YOUR SPOT

To reserve your date and rental piece(s) I will send an electronic Rental Agreement. Once agreement is signed, an invoice will be provided. Once the agreement and payment are received your date is secured. Please note dates and rental pieces are on a first come basis. Breakdown of payments is as follows:

1st Payment: 40% of your total quoted price as a deposit.

Final Payment: Remaining total balance (60%).

LET’S TALK DETAILS & DESIGN

A few months before the big day I will send you a personalized details guide for you to fill out to discuss all the details from design, color scheme, wording, font choices, logistics etc., for your rental pieces, custom builds, day of details and everything in between. Submit details guide and make final payment.

PRODUCTION & FINAL REACH OUT

Mockups will be created and sent. Once I have your final signed off approval, production begins! I will start working on your custom order 4 weeks before your wedding, I will reach back out with a confirmation email to confirm logistics that you previously shared.

*Up to 150 Guest (fees apply for over 150 guest)

** Delivery/pick-up from the Maddison Ave team is required for all packages to ensure they arrive safely to their destination. Delivery fee includes setting up all the pieces, last minute touch ups on site and breakdown to collect all rental pieces. Delivery fee start at $300 and fee can vary depending on venue distance from Lincoln, RI 02865, please reach out for an exact quote or if your event is further than 1 hour from Lincoln, RI!
